As Project Management Director, Alissa Denbo supports PMC’s project managers with a realistic, client-focused approach to solve the ever-changing project puzzle. She empowers her team with skills and resources to keep projects on track all over the country. She ensures every step of the process exceeds customer expectations while maintaining efficiency and collaboration.

Alissa holds a B.S. in Interior Design from Meredith College. She has enjoyed 30 years in the industry working as Interior Designer, Account Manager and Project Manager, and now Director. Her varied experience gives her a unique perspective on stakeholder engagement and problem-solving.

Outside of work, Alissa fuels her creative side through knitting and cooking. She is a social runner, enjoying traveling to events with friends and family.
