With over 45 years in the furniture industry and a foundation in family business, John Massad brings deep regional knowledge and experience to his role as Market Manager for Richmond. He holds a Business Degree from the University of Richmond and began his career in facilities before opening his own contract furniture store.

Known for his dedication to client service and long-standing relationships in the Richmond area, John has led numerous successful projects—including the Henrico County Sports Complex. Though new to PMC, he’s a seasoned expert who understands the value of tailored solutions and trusted partnerships.

John and his wife Cyndi live in Richmond with their dog Myles, and they love boating on the Chesapeake Bay.
