As Ideation Director, Michelle Eckhart leads PMC’s Chalk Studio team, integrating research and design thinking to create meaningful workplace experiences. She collaborates with leadership to curate strategies that influence how spaces look, feel, and support human interaction.

Michelle holds a degree in Interior Design from Miami University. With over 25 years of experience, including work at Gensler in Chicago and the Carolinas, she has focused on applying behavioral science to workplace strategy.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys cheering on her three active kids and boating on North Carolina’s Jordan Lake.
