As Controller, Kim Cheshire leads PMC’s accounting department, overseeing all financial planning and reporting. She manages budgeting, prepares financial forecasts, and ensures accurate reporting while advising leadership on critical financial decisions. Kim is known for her analytical eye, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Kim holds both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from NC State University and is a CPA and CISA. With over 13 years in accounting and finance, she has built strong financial strategies and internal controls. Prior to PMC, she led an operational audit team at Avaya and worked at Nortel Networks.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys group exercise classes, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
