Steve Bahlmann leads PMC’s company-wide operations, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional client service. Known for his strong leadership, attention to detail, and client-first approach, Steve works closely with PMC’s leadership and skilled installation teams to deliver the best solutions for every project.

He earned his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Though new to commercial interior design, Steve brings extensive experience driving growth and profitability in other industries, most recently in mobile technology and telecommunications.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys swimming, biking, golf, travel, reading, puzzles, and spending time with family and friends.
