Tanya Walker is a trusted HR leader known for her ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization. She partners closely with PMC’s leadership to advance talent strategies, foster employee engagement, and ensure a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Tanya holds a BA in Business Administration and Management from UNC Charlotte’s Belk College of Business and a Certificate in Diversity & Intercultural Competence from Wake Forest University. With over 20 years in human resources, she has deep expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation and benefits strategy, honed through roles at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, TECH Inc, and Odeall Associates.

Outside of work, Tanya enjoys exploring Charlotte, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their many pets.
